My breath fogs/steams/condenses the inside of the car. It's getting cold/chilly/uncomfortably cool. The engine is quietly humming/steadily running/making a soft growl, a constant reminder of my confinement/imprisonment/entrapment. The radio plays static/mumbles faintly/is silent.

Keys Disappeared

Ugh, this is the absolute worst day ever. I just checked my bags like a hundred times and my key fob are gone. I've scoured the house, but they're just not here.

My brain is going berserk trying to remember where I could have possibly left them. Did I leave them at work? Maybe I even dropped them.
